Our methodology is a combination of training and complete understanding of bed bug biology and behaviour alongside with proven treatment processes such as:

• Technologically advanced CO2 detection and thorough physical inspections.
• Cutting edge technology with Cryonite® CO2.
• Heat temperature treatments using steam and portable heat chambers.
• Pre-treatment and post-treatment monitoring using a variety of different monitoring applications to ensure early awareness and riddance.
• Preventative strategy using mattress and pillow encasements.
• Chemical treatments to compliment other procedures with ‘professional use only’ pesticides when necessary.
• Remedial work such as sealing holes etc. to deny harbourages.
• Canine bed bug detection team providing a unique service in the detection of hidden bed bugs.

Our dedicated team of bed bug specialists are professionals in bed bug detection with over 15 years of experience in dealing with this unwanted guest. We aim to work closely with each client and will fully communicate the suitable treatment process for your particular problem with follow up inspections and treatment until your infestation is completely eradicated.

No obligation inspection of your premises

If you are experiencing bites and suspect bed bugs or if you have collected an insect specimen that requires identification, we can arrange for a no obligation inspection of your premises. Our normal service times are between 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday and we are able to offer an ‘out of hours’ service in the evening or at weekends if required.

We offer quick response times enabling our technicians to provide you with a high quality service within a time that you expect and deserve.

Types of Treatment

Steam Treatment

Steam, part of our integrated approach to treat bed bugs.

Bed bugs cannot withstand extreme temperatures and succumb to temperatures of around 118°F, with our Cimex Eradicator providing a flow of steam vapour at a temperature of 180°C. Heat is immediate and intense; killing adult bed bugs, larvae and their eggs on contact causing thermal shock. Our machines are fitted with a pressure switch that enables the steam pressure to be turned onto a low setting; this ensures that bed bugs and eggs are not blown away from the surface being treated.

Cryonite Treatment

Cryonite® CO2, the non toxic approach to treat bed bugs.

Liquid CO2 is transformed into an exceptionally cold, dry ice snow which is applied by the Cryonite® applicator spraying the carbon dioxide snow at -78º C. This freezes the insects upon contact killing them immediately.

Chemical/Insecticide Treatment

In the UK the normal approach by many companies is to apply insecticides to treat bed bug infestations. The application of residual insecticides work by killing the insects upon contact immediately in its wet state and when dry will leave a residue that an insect can pick up when coming in contact with a treated area.

Insecticides certainly can have their place in the treatment programme and we may use them in some instances in an integrated approach alongside other treatment measures. However, we do not use or rely on this approach alone.
